Thank you for your interest in this study and for your time. This form explains what the study is about and what your rights are if you take part. The purpose of this study is to better understand the conditions and resources that support creative activities and the development of ideas in different learning and life contexts.
Taking part is completely voluntary. You can decide not to participate. You can also stop at any time. You do not need to give a reason. There are no negative consequences if you do not participate or if you stop. You may skip any question you do not want to answer. The questionnaire has several short sections. You will read statements and choose your answers. You will also answer a few background questions. The survey takes about 20–25 minutes.
We will ask for basic information such as your age and gender. We will not collect your name, address, or other identifying information. Please answer on your own, honestly, and without help from others.
Your data will be stored securely (on a password-protected hard drive, secure storages and secure cloud storage) for at least five years. Only the research team will have access to the original data. The data will be used only for scientific purposes. Results will be reported only in summary form (for example, group averages). This means that you cannot be identified from the published results. Your name will never appear in any report.
Some questions may look similar. This is intentional and helps us check the quality of the data. Please read each question carefully and answer attentively.
